In 1990, Drakart, Inc. was born and Alain Fricker began making the same quality race cars for other drivers. Starting with the GP600 in 1990 to the Intimidator in 2013 to the Scorpion Series today Alain Fricker has had his favorites, no denying that.

The FIA,SCORE and B.I.T.D. Legal Race Car offers excellent performance and reliability on the race course. We start with 1000 CC engine, pair that with the Patented Drakart Billet Transfer Case with Reverse. Include the ever impressive and hard working Elka Shocks then support the car on STI 14" inch rims and Arisun Aftershoc 32" X 10" X 14" Tires. Now explore further to find out about the design of our cockpit and our "On The Fly" adjustable steering. Dakar Rally Car

Great Car for Great Drivers

Today, the Dakar Rally is one of the biggest and longest races in the world. A tradition of pitting the best man has to offer against the worst nature has to offer. Conditions are a moving target at best and racers need a car they can depend on regardless of wind, rain, heat, sand and all the conditions that accompany a trip to the Dakar Rally.

We built 2 of these cars for the Dakar Rally in 2008. The car did so well the owners did, what any business man did in the 2008, had China make copies. Well, they do say that immitation is the highest form of flattery. Well, that wasn't good for business and I focused on building my other Drakart Models and getting them in the hands of the general public and local racers.

We are ready for new challenges and this car is a winning combination of quality components, expert craftsmanship and listening to the drivers to be sure we build the car around them.
